Between Christmas and New Year, my parents, Christel and me went to Brussels for a few days. We had our stay in the Hilton, and rubbed shoulders with high society ;-)

Nijmeegse Vierdaagse, July 2004. I only participated the first day, but Christel, Menno, and the other girls & boys from Nijmegen did walk the entire four days.

Two pictures of the transit of Venus on June 8, 2004. I took them using my Lidl Skylux telescope, which I had set up on the balcony of my apartment. I pointed the telescope at the sun and projected the image on a piece of paper. The picture was taken with a digital camera.
